We paid in advance for 2 rooms and for the 3rd room we had opted for pay while check in. When we arrived, they refused to provide the room for which payment can be done while check in. So 1 family had to face serious inconvenience. They eventually got another place to stay provided by the same hotel which is half a kilometre away from this hotel. And the condition of that room was not at all good. I would advise to pay close attention to hotels booking before travelling. Always confirm with the hotel if you opt for pay while check in. They also do not entertain late check out, even if the hotel rooms are free.
