Great hotel located close to the Somnath temple.

I booked Hotel Holiston in Dwarka via Goibibo for July 26, 2026. Due to flooding and natural disaster, my train was cancelled and I couldn't reach Dwarka or use the hotel. Despite these exceptional circumstances, Goibibo told me the hotel refused to approve my refund. What disappoints me most is the total lack of empathy or understanding for a situation completely beyond my control. I believe customers should be clearly informed about how the hotel handles cancellations caused by natural disasters before booking. A hotel should show basic human compassion when a guest can't travel due to such events. I am very disappointed with Hotel Holiston and would not recommend it based on how they handled my cancellation and refund. I strongly advise future customers to think carefully before booking here. This experience shows very poorly on the hotel's customer service, fairness, and care for guests. While ₹3,792 may not be much for the hotel, how they treat a customer in an unavoidable crisis reveals a lot about their values. I hope others consider this before booking.

A wonderful place to stay in Dwarka with tidy, clean, and roomy accommodations. The room has a great AC. The staff is very polite and provides quick service. It's situated 2.5km from the temple, and great dining options are only a 5-minute walk away. Truly a place worth staying at.
