I had booked a room at Hyphen business Hotel, Sec 62, Noida. They offered three categories ’Deluxe, Executive and Premium. I chose the Premium (top) category at ’5,500 per night, expecting a larger and better room as usually premium rooms are more spacious and comfortable.However, after check-in I found the room extremely small ’ even smaller than what is generally expected from a Deluxe category. There was only a bed and a small table, with no extra space, no sofa or seating area. Despite charging a premium price, the room did not justify the category at all.When I raised this concern at reception and requested a room change, they refused and said their Premium category is based on interior design rather than room size. The staff cooperation was almost zero and there was no proper hospitality.Additionally, there was no hot water in the bathroom, which added to the inconvenience. They assured me that senior management would address the issue in the morning, but nothing happened.Overall, this was my worst hotel experience so far ’ poor value for money, cheating with customer, lack of responsiveness, and misleading room categorization.
