Disappointing Food Service

I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel’s food service. While placing my order, I clearly provided detailed instructions regarding the preparation of the food. Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed.I even followed up with the waiter to correct the issue, but my request was still ignored and the food was served incorrectly.At the time of checkout, I raised my concern again expecting some accountability or resolution. However, no one seemed interested in addressing the problem. Instead, they simply made a phone call, asked me to repeat everything, and yet there was absolutely no outcome.Such indifference towards guest concerns reflects very poor service standards. I would advise future guests to book at their own risk and not expect the food to be prepared as per their instructions.

Good hotel to stay. Food also was tasty but since it was veg it felt boring but also has gym, big sufficient rooms and is quiet so it's peaceful to stay after a tiring day at work
