I stayed at Hotel Lemongrass, Kudal from the evening of 11th July, 2026 to the evening of 12th July, 2026.The hotel has many positives. The rooms are spacious, neat, clean, and well-maintained. The food was also very good, and the overall property gives a pleasant impression.However, my stay was significantly affected by an event taking place on the third floor. A corporate function was being held throughout my stay, with an extremely loud DJ playing music for long hours. The noise level was so high that it felt like staying inside a disco rather than a hotel, making it difficult to relax or rest.I raised this issue with the reception more than 5’6 times, but unfortunately no effective action was taken. While I understand that hotels host events, the comfort of in-house guests should also be considered by controlling the noise or informing guests in advance.Overall, the hotel has excellent rooms and good food, but the lack of response to repeated noise complaints completely spoiled an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I complained to reception more than five or six times, but no effective measures were taken. I understand hotels host events, but guest comfort should be prioritized by managing noise levels or notifying guests beforehand. In summary, the hotel offers excellent rooms and good food, but the failure to address repeated noise complaints ruined what could have been a pleasant stay.
