Terrible experience for ’63,000 (3 nights).The so-called ’Deluxe Room’ was filthy and completely unacceptable. Water barely came from the shower, it took 10 minutes just to fill one bucket. AC didn’t work, bed sheets and blankets were old, stained and unhygienic, toilet was extremely dirty with a rusted commode and broken fittings. No chairs, no cleanliness, nothing as promised.Reached at midnight and the staff simply told me to adjust.Worst service I’ve ever seen.Food is a major health hazard ’ rotten items, decomposed fruits, cold hard dishes, and they even served coffee without coffee powder.This hotel needs immediate action from health authorities.Totally not worth the money. Avoid this hotel at any cost.Posting pictures as proof.Spoke to The owner Ravindra, he didn’t mind listening to this

This is the hotel where starting from hotel staff to the basic facility they lack everything. They give me executive room which is a corner room and neither they provide me kit nor water bottle. They charged me more for the room as same . When i ordered food they make me wait for more than hour . Poor service and highly expensive hotel which lack basic facility.

If you are looking for a hotel with pleasent stay pls don't choose this Marks property Rooms r not clean and they even denied to provide drinking water, no bill for the booking made. Highly unprofessional management.

The stay was great everything was great the food was good too the only thing that bothered us was the washroom was a little smelly but the staff swiftly got an airfreshner and put it inside the washroom. Overall good stay.
