Pro- Hot Shower, & cold freezer so bottled water to drink was the best ever. Con- room was not clean very dirty floor, bed sheets had some stains, bathroom sink counter was dirty same as the basin, For the price not worth if came with a big family than its ok, the space was big for the price.
The service and staff are excellent. The location is convenient, close to many attractions. The premium rooms are nice. The staff was attentive and supportive around the clock. Breakfast was served hot throughout the entire breakfast period.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026The check-in experience was very disappointing. Our first room had a bad smell, the washroom was dirty, and there was a burnt cigarette. When we requested a different room, we were moved, but the new room and washroom were also unclean, and the sofa was broken in a way that could hurt a child. The housekeeping staff ignored our complaints, so we escalated to the supervisor and were finally given a third room. Meanwhile, our food got cold due to the room changes, and no one apologized or offered to reheat it. The room rates are very high compared to the service. No one offered us a welcome drink or water; we had to ask for them. The breakfast was poor, with even the cornflakes being soggy. The only positives were the lady at reception and a staff member named Pukhraj who helped us. Otherwise, the service and housekeeping were terrible, making our stay a nightmare. I don't understand why MakeMyTrip lists such properties as it damages their reputation. I request a 50% refund from the hotel for this poor experience. The soap dispenser didn't work, the AC remote was broken, there was no mosquito repellent, and only one water bottle per day for three people is insufficient. The AC was often turned off by the hotel, and we had to repeatedly ask reception to turn it on. My wife, son, and I were very disturbed by this stay. I appreciate a half refund as the service was less than half satisfactory. I am sharing this review on Google as a Google guide and will escalate this issue further.

The stay was not very pleasant. The rooms were average. The food and tea were very good. Service was good. They listed a pool among the amenities, but it was unusable because it is in the basement and had a bad smell.

Was nothing as shown in the pictures. It was not possible to stay for 2 days in that place. Had to book another hotel. Our driver ended up sleeping in that hotel. Would not recommend anyone this place. Big scam!!

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
