My stay was truly delightful during my trip. The establishment offered a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, a picturesque lake view, and a charming fort view. The pricing was also quite reasonable. The staff provided exceptional and memorable service, and the owner's demeanor was very pleasant. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel for future visits.

Nice water front heritage hotel. Staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming. Basic amenities only but it's value for money.

Horrible experience. We stayed with our group tour, the management hat booked this hotel.I can only recommend DO NOT GO HERE.The rooms are the lowest of the low class. The bathroom has leeches. The bed is basically a wooden plank. There are big gaps in the fitting of the window frame to the wall, so that when it's cold and windy, you can feel it inside the room. The technology is extremely old and unsafe. You need the old Indian power plug. There are unsecured wires left in the room. Staff is with one exception very unfriendly and unhelpful, also towards our female guide. The food was a blant, tasteless buffet, almost uneatable. I can eat at home and it has more spices.We left our keys at their so-called reception, which is a table in the courtyard, and when we came back the keys were unguarded, 2 meters from the street where everyone can just go and take them.It's like the staff (with one kind exception) doesn't know how to run a hotel.
