Very unprofessional behaviours on behalf of the staffs. Very poor hygine and no cleanliness from the hotel management. Extremely ill managed hotel depending on a single staff who does not understand anything apart from begging for tips during checkout. Checkout time is 7 am which is very unusual when compared with other hotels of Puri. The worst part is on the day of check out they will irritate the guests from 6 am by ringing door bell constantly for checking out. Extremely poor manners and best to avoid this hotel at any cost.

The hotel charges unreasonably high rates despite poor room conditions and a complete lack of maintenance. Management is extremely weak, and the staff is unprofessional and poorly coordinated. The bedsheets were stained and unclean, which made the stay very uncomfortable and frustrating. The staff was also very reluctant to provide basic amenities. Staying here was a big mistake, and I strongly advise choosing another hotel. Overall rating: 1/5.

Good hotel... good ’? room... good location... good service

Not good experience.Good things are hotel has lift, ac was good, proximity to sea,drinking water from aquaguard available.everything except this are worse. Bathroom not good, flush box of the comod not working, torn bed sheets given, torn pillows, pathetoc room service, tv was not working as the set top box was missing, it took nearly 5 hours to get set top box, then remote, then battery that too which are at the end of their life cycle. The shower was not working too,it took nearly 3 hours to fix it that too by rubbing the shower mouth in the floor, banging it for fifteen mins in the floor by the service guy.The payment too needs to be cleared before you check in or else you will not be allowed in the hotel. And once you pay the whole amount you will not get any refund if you decide to change the hotel for the problems.

Such a disgusting hotel they charge quite high and the service they provide is ultimately bullshit.. I would like to list down each problems we have faced as a customer1) No proper maintenance of the room2) Frequently power cut ,no service of generator3) Unclean bed sheets and bed covers it's literally stinking4) poor maintenance of the bathroom flush not working properly, bathroom is not even being locked as because its broken from inside5) Cockroach and different kinds of insects roaming6) Water is leaking frequently from the AC7) No proper network8) Lift is being kept off from 10 pm onwards.. During period of emergency the service is kept shut.9) Very very uncooperative behaviour of the staffs...I have not even seen the Manager of the hotel for once .Disgusted with this kind of unprofessionalism..I would highly advice other tourist from not staying here if they want they are staying to be peaceful and worth the money please find any other hotel except this one.This hotel only knows to extort money from there customers and give they zero facility.
