Hotel O Grand Inn

The staff is very rude to customers and they don't know how to communicate properly. They always demand payment upfront. I told them I would stay for 7 days and pay the bill after checkout, but they insisted I pay immediately or leave for another hotel. The reception manager also lacks customer service skills. There are no water facilities, and they seem to care only about money. I stayed 7 days and asked more than 5 times for room cleaning, but they never cleaned even once. I strongly advise against booking this hotel due to very poor service and rude staff. Even after paying, they dictate how long you must stay. Overall, a very bad experience; do not book this hotel.

The service is extremely poor; I would advise against coming here with your family as it feels like being in a prison.

The rooms are very dirty with insects all over. The service is poor, and we had to carry our own bags as no staff was available to assist us.

Hotel bahut kharab hai, payment le liya par room nahi diya. Bola jo karna hai karo, complaint karne wala kuch nahi kar sakta. Agar room chahiye to 2 ghante wait karna padega, koi madad nahi ki. Customer care bhi nahi mila, mera payment refund nahi hua.

Online discount was displayed, and we had booked. Upon reaching there the receptionist stated that there are no room available with that price. If I had to stay I had to pay more money or cancel the booking. It is like fishing customer. Don't book because they show it as cheap price.
