Upon arrival, the property was found to be extremely unhygienic and unsafe, with:Bed bugs, cockroaches, centipedes, and other insects in the roomFungus on screen doors and foul smell across the roomRestroom with no lock and continuously leaking water pipesDusty and dirty environment, clearly uncleaned for a long time
