Highly disappointing and uncomfortable stay. The location is convenient, but the service quality is very poor. I reserved two rooms, and the air conditioning stopped functioning. I reported this to the hotel staff immediately, but there was no prompt or effective response. To make things worse, there were no fans in the rooms, so we had no backup option. The staff's reply was basically, "We will check tomorrow." Tomorrow? I had already paid for the room for that night. Guests shouldn't have to endure discomfort because the hotel fails to provide basic amenities that have been paid for. As a frequent traveler for work, I have stayed in many hotels, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences. The cost is not the issue—customer service is. Issues can arise anywhere, but how the hotel handles them matters. Unfortunately, this hotel showed little concern for guest comfort. If the AC isn't working, there should be an immediate fix or at least a proper alternative. Asking guests to wait until the next day is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid the hassle and choose another hotel. Basic amenities are lacking; even one room's AC didn't work. They don't care once you check in and have poor hospitality. Not recommended even for short stays. Don't waste your time and energy.

As a woman entrepreneur traveling alone, having a place that focuses on safety, smooth logistics, and warm hospitality was crucial, and this hotel met all those needs. The check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. My room was very well kept, especially the spotless bathroom. The location is ideal—just about a kilometer off the main highway, offering a quiet environment but still very accessible with cabs readily available and close to the airport. The staff's hospitality was outstanding; everyone was friendly and respectful, making me feel right at home. I didn’t need to search for dining options since the food was excellent; I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and even ordered an extra meal for only ₹54. I chose this hotel based on reviews from other women and solo travelers, and I’m very happy I did. I highly recommend Click Biz Hotel to any professional traveling alone.

I stayed at Click Hotel Biz in Bangalore for five nights, and sadly, the experience was quite underwhelming. The location is convenient if you want easy access to the airport, but if your goal is to explore the city or visit tourist spots, the hotel is quite distant from those areas. The room was adequate for two people, but the service was mediocre. A major problem was the room key card frequently getting deactivated. During my stay, this happened many times, and each time I had to call reception, wait for someone to come with a master card to open the door, and then have my card reactivated. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and I would suggest skipping it. I also tried lunch once, which was quite poor. Even simple requests like lemon or cucumber salad were denied with a "We don’t have it, sir" response. For a hotel, this basic level of service was really disappointing. Overall, the hotel is fine if you just need a place to sleep and don’t expect much from the food or service. But with the repeated key card issues, poor food quality, and average service, I had expected better. Overall rating: 2/5. The room is okay, but the service and food need a lot of improvement.

A little bit on the inside from the main road in a quiet place. Food from room service was exceptional.If recommend this place if you want something close by the airport for a couple of days. Price per night could've been a little less

Stayed for 1 night here. Took just 15 mins from the airport. Definitely worth the money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Found it safe as a woman solo traveller. Good staff.
