I have been a regular guest at this hotel for the past four years and have always appreciated its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standards. Unfortunately, my recent stay was extremely disappointing.The quality of service, housekeeping, and maintenance has deteriorated significantly. During the night, the air conditioner in my room stopped working, making the room hot and uncomfortable. When I contacted the reception, I was assured that someone from maintenance would attend to the issue. However, after waiting for over 15 minutes and following up, I was informed that no maintenance staff was available.What was even more frustrating was the lack of urgency and professionalism in handling the situation. Instead of proactively resolving the issue, I had to repeatedly follow up before any action was taken. Eventually, I was offered another room, but even there the air conditioner was displaying an error, although it provided some cooling.I had extended my stay by three additional days and expected a better experience after the room change. Unfortunately, the bathroom mixer in the new room was not functioning properly. Despite reporting the issue every day, it was never rectified during my entire stay. This clearly reflects the poor state of maintenance and the lack of attention given to guest complaints.As a long-time customer, I am genuinely disappointed to see such a steep decline in the hotel’s standards. What was once a well-maintained and reliable hotel now appears to be suffering from a complete collapse in maintenance and service quality. Based on my recent experience, I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
