We were denied check in when we went to the hotel, there was no one at the reception desk but some guy named darshan was sitting at the sofa, he didn't even bother to greet or say anything se later was like no room available cancel the booking, this kinda behaviour is pathetic and least expected in a hotel industry. How are people like him even allowed to manage a hotel?
