Goutam was the best customer service professional we met during our stay and truly made our experience smooth, comfortable, and homely. He went out of his way to help us with everything possible within his reach and always did it with kindness and a smile.What really stood out was how thoughtful and accommodating he was throughout our stay. He took out all the games for my son so we could enjoy playing together, patiently showed us how to play them, and made the experience genuinely fun. We also had a lovely time playing with his daughter, Charishma, which made the stay feel even more warm and personal.At breakfast, when we casually asked for watermelon juice, he arranged it for us without hesitation. When we requested turmeric in the omelette, he specially prepared a fresh omelette just the way we wanted. Even when we requested a bonfire multiple times on different occasions, he happily arranged extra wood for us each time so we could continue enjoying the evening. It was these little efforts and attention to detail that made such a big difference.In all the resorts I’ve visited, I honestly have never come across someone this consistently helpful and accommodating. He never refused us anything and always made sure we were taken care of.Thanks to Goutam, my son truly enjoyed his birthday and we left with wonderful memories. People like him genuinely make hospitality feel special.A couple of small suggestions for improvement: the game room could be made more comfortable by keeping it enclosed and air-conditioned, as mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other bugs were coming inside and disturbing us while playing.Also, the rooms currently use a very old-fashioned lock-and-key arrangement on the wooden doors, where the lock itself has to be manually locked with a key from outside. It becomes a little inconvenient because whenever one person steps out, the person inside has to get up and lock the door again. A more modern and convenient locking system would definitely improve the overall guest experience.

Fantasy Golf Resort is easily one of the best resorts in Bangalore! The entire experience was memorable, thanks to the incredibly helpful and courteous staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Stanley, the manager, whose exceptional hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out.What makes this place even more special is its breathtaking natural beauty. Honestly, one of the most beautiful resort settings I’ve come across in all my travels across India. The peaceful surroundings, greenery, and overall atmosphere make it the perfect getaway.The food was another highlight, especially the authentic South Indian dishes prepared by the chef, absolutely delicious and full of flavor.Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and experience top-notch hospitality. Definitely a place you’ll want to visit again!

Absolutely worst! Not even worth 1 star.The photos posted online is not what you see!First of all it was mandatory to pay the whole amount before checking in.Once we entered the resort, it was a bad vibe.They literally wrote down the vehicle number, and how many people were in the car. Not even high end sophisticated resorts or hotels do this.The rooms were very basic, none of the AC’s were working. And there was no fan either. The online photos showed a fridge in the rooms, which wasn’t there either.When asked there was no proper response.The balconies were always crowded with monkeys and they literally defecated in the common area.All the reviews here are made up, none of it is real.Since the AC’s were not working, we wanted to leave immediately and the so called manager or in-charge denied refund of Rs.21,000 and is not responding to our calls.If you have a good property, please maintain and make sure you give honest details to your clients.I’ve visited many places, at least they made sure our issues were resolved. But this is absolutely unprofessional and I will take legal action against this so called ’resort’ which is just a scam.

My experience was very bad at the resort and it was not value for money. Everywhere it was dust and there was no cleanliness and not well maintained. Swimming pool was very dirty. The food was not good and the prices were very high. The room was fine but the neighbours were shouting half of the night which was too much disturbance.
