The service is very bad .. Rooms are also not looks clean .. service boys are not professional.. I must say that every one except kitchen people all are not professional. Food quality is very bad .. no options for breakfast.. we opted breakfast in our stay package. And we didn't even had for a single day because of the bad taste and quality of food.I will not suggest this hotel for family.

The photographs matched the description provided by the hotel more or less, but cleanliness was a tad lower. Can improve on the same. The food was good, and servers were warm and polite. Ambience scores a good 8/10, but what disappointed me was even though it says 24hr check in/check out, and inspite of already having a late check out approved at the time of booking, they insisted that I pay more than half the amount I paid for a day's stay at the hotel, which dropped down their score- They were quite money minded on this front, and hospitality took a back seat in the third row!!
