Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center

We stayed in business for 16 nights and it was awesome. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is excellent. The pool was very enjoyable. They have a nice steam room but the sauna was did not get hot enough. The rooms were perfect, bed was comfortable. We got the Sheridan club upgrade and ate and drank there a lot. The pool bar staff was amazing. We loved our time and want to come back.

I had a truly outstanding experience at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel, thanks to the remarkable hospitality of Chef Abdul, Manager Guddu, and the entire restaurant team. Both the chef and the manager noticed that the food at the buffet wasn’t quite to my liking, and despite the restaurant being fully crowded, they personally checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of.Chef Abdul then went out of his way to prepare a delicious biryani specially tailored to my preference’an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel genuinely valued. Manager Guddu’s warm attention and reassurance added to the comfort, making the whole experience feel personal and heartfelt.The level of care, attentiveness, and dedication shown by the team is truly rare. What could have been an ordinary dinner turned into a memorable and delightful experience because of their exceptional service.A big thank-you to Chef Abdul, Manager Guddu, and the wonderful staff’your kindness and hospitality truly elevated my stay! I highly recommend dining here to anyone visiting the hotel.Last day, I had the pleasure of trying Chef Abdul’s special lamb biryani today, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The lamb was unbelievably tender, moist, and perfectly cooked, with flavors that were rich, balanced, and truly unforgettable. You can immediately tell how much passion and skill goes into his cooking.Chef Abdul didn’t just serve a dish’he crafted an experience. His attention to detail and his ability to elevate a classic dish to something exceptional is truly impressive. It’s easily one of the best biryanis I’ve ever had, and a highlight of my stay.Thank you, Chef Abdul, for creating such a memorable meal. This is my home during my business trips to Bengaluru. I stayed there multiple times, every time, the experience is memorable. The last stay I had with my wife was amazing. The break fast staff is especially incredible. The chef Abdul was very friendly and was generous to help taste whatever cravings we had. This is really a nice place.

We had about 200 people from my organization today at Feast Restaurant for lunch. Food was awesome, and service was excellent. Mr Guddu and team did an excellent job in making all the arrangements for this team celebration lunch, and we loved Chef's selection of menu items for the day, great tasty food, and superb service by the team.Incidentally, I was there in the same restaurant yesterday with about 60 people for lunch and it was also very good.

One of the best luxury places to stay in Whitefield area. I have been a member of Marriott and Sheraton for decades and this place is amazingly beautiful. Room was upgraded to a suite and everything was perfect. Beautiful decor, large room size, great food and nice location if you plan to work in Whitefield area. The staff is amazing and charming always welcoming and smiling..lounge access is the best part for breakfast and happy hour. Gym is great and the swimming pool is soothing experience. I will recommend staying here in Bangalore if you plan to be near airport and Whitefield area.
