So booked this with Agoda . Agoda gave me choice of rooms with breakfast whereas the staff on reception ( mainly does nights and have had a bad experience with him once before ( no manners , rude and non welcoming printed a sheet saying as I payed from Europe .. no breakfast included in EP !!The guy who came on the morning shift was also hostile and unwelcoming and kept counting the number of guests wrong !! Agoda is a poor site .. I was charged for stuff I didn’t receive .Cups are stained with tea stains Cigarette smokes in the bedroom ( superior deluxe room )from downstairs After a 24 hour journey to get to India heavily dissatisfied 😒.Better to stay in hotels like Hyatt centric and use other sites to book !!

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Royal Lotus View Resotel. Located conveniently close to Kempegowda International Airport, it proved to be an excellent choice for both the start and end of our trip.Pros:The resort is well-maintained with beautiful lawns, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed evening swims and some relaxed time by the pool area.Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable after a long journey, and we appreciated the garden views.Staff was courteous and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and room service was prompt.Food at the restaurant was tasty with good variety, especially the North Indian and South Indian options. The attached bar was a nice touch for evening drinks.Facilities like the gym and the overall setup made it feel like a proper resort getaway even for a short stay.Cons:While everything was functional, some minor maintenance issues (like AC temperature control) could be improved.Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's a solid choice if you're looking for a relaxing resort near Bangalore Airport — great for families, couples, or layovers. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.
