Very close to the Airport toll gate. Nice cosy rooms. Friendly staff. Shops nearby for last minute shopping before going to Airport. Is my go to hotel near the airport.
The place is very good, and I got a great deal through Agoda. The hotel, ambience, cleanliness, food, and overall facilities were all good and definitely value for money.However, I had some issues with the staff’s communication and service. When I first called the hotel to inquire about early check-in, the person who attended my call did not provide the correct details and somewhat misled me. Later, I called again, and a lady assisted me properly and informed me that early access to the room was available for an additional 1,500.I also faced some irresponsibility from the kitchen staff during dinner. My dinner order was not handled properly, and I had to remind them a second time before it was served.Overall, I had a good experience and would consider the hotel value for money. However, the staff’s behaviour, communication, and service, especially in the kitchen, need improvement.
