Stay one time with my friends on new year party ,rooms is beyond the expectation neet and clean especially thanks to that manger who do the night shift on new year day it's very helpful nd supportive,Apart from that since that day I am going many times to have dinner in the restaurant all staff is caring helpful smily faces ,whatever I asked she provided love the staff service .

Liverpool blue hotel has good location and i have stayed here few times since October 2025. The hotel staff is very friendly and always helpful.The restaurant is great and chef Mr Amit is always eager to offer the best food recommendation. They have tailored my dinner to no onion/no garlic option every time and with different menu options.The rooms are spacious but require maintenance, and with some focus in maintenance the rooms will offer best comfort to the guests.Previous GM of hotel Mr Dilip Das was very cordial and friendly with all guests, and would talk to most of the guests to get their feedback on hotel stay and service. Since last month, i have noticed a little shortage of efficient staff and hope the new GM will address it quickly.My Thanks to the helpful staff !

We recently hosted a Himachali community gathering of close to 150 guests at the 6th Floor ’ Isha Banquet Hall, and we would like to share our sincere feedback.’ The overall arrangements by the Liverpool team were excellent.The food quality was very good, and the service throughout the event was smooth and well’managed. The service staff was attentive and proactive’tables were cleaned promptly as and when guests finished their lunch, ensuring a comfortable dining experience.’’’ A special mention goes to Chef Amit for preparing Siddu, a traditional Himachali dish. It was absolutely delicious and became the highlight of the lunch. Many guests were pleasantly surprised to enjoy authentic Siddu here in Bangalore, which added a unique cultural touch to the event.’’’’’ Mr. Anurag, Sales Manager, ensured that our guests did not face any inconvenience. He was present and supportive throughout the event, coordinating well with the team. All staff members were attentive and made sure that the guest experience was smooth and pleasant.’’’ The Isha Banquet Hall is spacious, well’maintained, and can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests if properly managed.’’ Parking was also convenient, as around 40’50 cars can be easily parked on the adjacent road, which is a non’busy road, making arrival and departure smooth for our guests.’’ We sincerely thank Mr. Anurag and the entire Liverpool team for their excellent support and hospitality.On behalf of the Himachali community, we truly appreciate your efforts and look forward to associating with you again in the future.
