From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every experience exceeded our expectations.First of all, I would like to thank ***, who assisted us with our check-in. She welcomed us with such a warm smile and made us feel comfortable right away. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay.We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. When we arrived, our room was beautifully decorated, and they had arranged a delicious cake along with a thoughtful anniversary card. It was such a lovely surprise and made our celebration even more special.The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. While the buffet mainly featured vegetarian dishes, they also offer an à la carte menu with several non-vegetarian options, all included in the breakfast. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious.The hotel also has several restaurants, and I highly recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner or on weekends, as they tend to be fully booked.One of the things I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. Even though the hotel is located on MG Road, once you step inside it feels like a completely different world—quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by lush greenery. The beautifully maintained gardens are stunning, and if you enjoy taking photos like I do, you’ll find countless Instagram-worthy spots throughout the property.Another feature I really appreciated was their WhatsApp concierge service. If you need anything during your stay, you can simply send them a WhatsApp message. Their responses are incredibly fast, and they resolve requests efficiently, making the stay even more convenient.The spa is also wonderful, and I highly recommend booking your treatment in advance because appointments fill up quickly.Overall, every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. ’’’’’A deeply disappointing experience at The Oberoi, Bangalore.We visited the hotel for breakfast on a weekend and were prepared to dine as paying customers. To our surprise, we were denied entry because we were not staying at the hotel. This was particularly shocking for a property that is widely regarded as one of Bangalore’s premier luxury hotels.What made the situation even more disappointing was that it was only after we requested to speak with a manager that the conversation changed. The staff member at the front desk informed us that in her two years at the hotel, no one had ever asked to come for breakfast on a weekend without being a resident guest. We found that response quite baffling, as welcoming diners who wish to experience a hotel’s restaurants is standard practice at many leading luxury hotels around the world.Eventually, a table was arranged for us, and we were allowed to dine. However, by that point, the experience had already left a sour impression. The issue was not whether a table was ultimately provided, but the feeling of being unwelcome from the moment we arrived.Luxury hospitality is not defined solely by beautiful properties or excellent food. It is defined by how guests are treated. Unfortunately, our interaction at The Oberoi fell far short of the warmth, grace, and hospitality that the brand is known for.I hope management reviews this experience and ensures that future guests, whether hotel residents or local patrons, are welcomed with the same courtesy and professionalism one would expect from a hotel of this calibre.

Visited the Rim Naam restaurant with my family. The taste of the food is spectacular. Service is on point. Very quick and courteous staff. Would definitely say one of the best places for Thai food in Bangalore if not the best. The ambience is perfect too. Prices are on the higher end.
