Was an amazing hotel but the cherry on top was the staff .. Mr Suria , the butler on the 19th floor and Mr Hitesh Joshi, the Asst F&B manager at breakfast These 2 should be highly valued by the hotel. Its employees like these 2 that makes one feel so much at home while abroad . They both went out of their way to ensure the comforts of their guests. Amazing hospitality Wil definitely stay there again if I ever visit Bangalore

The hotel is beautiful - gorgeously laid out, and decorated with an oasis of green. It is located in one of the most convenient places in town, and the surrounding roads such as Lavelle Road and Residency Road are easy to walk around on and explore. The food is delicious, with both Kebabs and Kurries restaurant and the Cubbon Pavillion buffet breakfasts being the highlight of our stay. But the real winners of the entire experience are the excellent staff, at every single level of staffing. I would never hesitate to recommend this gorgeous hotel with its comfortable amenities.

We had a generally enjoyable stay. The buffet was adequate but nothing extraordinary. The property is attractive, well-kept, and provides good value, especially given the atmosphere and service. DGM Abhimanyu deserves special praise for being very friendly and helpful, assisting us with baby care facilities and giving us a tour, which enhanced our visit. Rajdeep, our server, was polite and attentive, recommending the live North Indian chaat counter enthusiastically, though the chaats fell short of expectations. Food highlights included the Bukhara and Chicken Bemisaal, which were delicious, and the Chinese starters and main courses, which were among the best parts of the meal. However, the live station noodles were too salty. The dessert selection was large with many options, but only a few were notably tasty. Hygiene and service were excellent, with staff being very courteous and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout. Overall, it’s a good place with strong service and cleanliness, and some standout dishes, but the food didn’t fully meet the high expectations set by its presentation and marketing.
