My stay at ITC Gardenia Bengaluru was generally very enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully kept with great attention to detail, and the staff delivered excellent service throughout my time there. The location is peaceful and quiet, providing a great retreat from the city. The grounds are well-maintained and tranquil, making it a perfect spot to unwind. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The in-room dining menu could offer more variety and food choices. Also, adding a walking track would enhance the property. On my first night, the air conditioning malfunctioned, which was disappointing after an otherwise perfect experience. This small issue stopped the stay from being a flawless 5-star visit. Overall, I would suggest ITC Gardenia Bengaluru to anyone seeking a well-kept hotel with top-notch service in a serene environment.

Booked a 6 night trip for myself and a 4 night for my two colleagues.Pre arrival information was useful and timely.I called the hotel ahead of arriving as I was due to arrive the morning after my check in date. On arrival this had all been noted and I was sble yo check in promptly.Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable with super linen. The bathroom was great with a bath and separate shower. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Provided toiletries were a decent quality. Towels were plentiful, clean and soft.Housekeeping was outstanding with twice a day visits and a high standard of cleanliness.Although my room was on the front and a relatively low floor noise levels were amazing both from inside and outside the building.We ate at the Cubbon for breakfast with inside and outdoor seating. There was a huge array of western and Asian food available and a cooking station too, there was even a waffle corner freshly made.We also had dinner in the Cubbon, enjoying a very extensive international buffet although there was an a la carte option.We had dinner in the Indian, Kurries and Kebabs. The food was very good here with great grilled meat.The food highlight was the Japenese. We chose nibbles, appetisers, sushi to share, mains snd rice. Indian Sauvignn Blanc accompanied it all. It was fantastic.We also had a couple of light bite lunches at the Lotus Pavillion which was good.Every member of staff was both professional, competent but really friendly. They are s credit to the hotel.To top all of that the deal through this platform was brilliant value for money with great benefits too.This hotel will be my go to in Bangalore and I will be inclined to try more ITC properties around India.Thank you for a great experience at this oasis of calm in a very busy city.
