Couple • India • Sep 2026I want to share my experience about the parking at this hotel. The parking is located in Basement 3, which lacks proper cleanliness and hygiene. There is no elevator from Basement 3 to the Ground Floor, making it hard for drivers to move between levels. Even when we told them we needed to leave for pickup in 10 minutes, they still directed us to park on a different floor. The basement also has poor network connectivity, so we have to go upstairs to get signal. Additionally, the basement has a very strong, unpleasant odor, resembling a dumping area, making it uncomfortable to wait there. Therefore, I advise all drivers to avoid parking in Basement 3 if possible. If space is available, it's better to park outside or in a different parking area. I'm sharing this from my personal experience to help other drivers.

It seems the franchise has changed; I used to stay here frequently two years ago. The management and staff were good and offered excellent service. Now, from the reception onward, I encountered uncomfortable situations. They provided unbranded water despite charging over 6000 plus taxes. The water brand is Aquanek, claiming to be a four-star hotel. It's not worth staying here when the cost is more than 2000 per night. If they use cheap or low-quality water, imagine the food quality and the type of oil used for cooking. The room lighting causes eye strain. The rooms were unclean, and the lamp stand was covered with spiders and dust. They collect visiting cards, possibly to sell to third-party vendors as a database.
