Excellent accommodation with no problems at all.

Great room and well kept for someone traveling on business with a budget. Parking might be problematic and there is a lot of noise from heavy traffic.

Nice hotel, but if you stay more than one day, they charge for the water bottle after the first day, which is disappointing. Other than that, everything is good.

I stayed here a few days ago, and sadly, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist appeared completely unaware of my booking. He asked to see my confirmation email and then requested payment again, even though I had already paid upfront. It really seemed like my reservation wasn't in their system at all. I was assigned a small, cramped room and was told I could upgrade to a bigger one for an extra fee. The same went for breakfast, which would cost an additional ₹250. Considering the ₹2,400 per night price, I expected a fairly comfortable room, but maybe my expectations were too high. To be fair, the basic facilities like the bathroom, TV, and AC worked fine. The worst part happened at night. I woke up to some noises near the window and thought they were outside. When I got up to check, a rat suddenly ran across my room and out the door. It was really scary and kept me awake the rest of the night. I've never had such an experience in a hotel before. Overall, my one-night stay was not good, and I wouldn't stay here again.
