I want to highlight the positives about the hotel room: 1. Hot water was available, 2. Staff responded well, 3. Complimentary breakfast was acceptable, 4. Manager was responsive, 5. Food could be ordered online. On the negative side: 1. Bathroom was not clean, toilet was very bad, 2. Room ambiance was poor, 3. No fan in the room, 4. Room atmosphere was not pleasant, 5. Cups and water glasses were not clean, 6. Cockroaches were present in the room, 7. Bed sheets were of poor quality.

The location is good and the hotel is nice.

The upkeep of the room is very bad. Cockroaches and bed bugs are present, and the bed sheets are stained and unclean.

Our stay was very disappointing. We spent about ₹8,300 for three nights via Agoda, but the room was unclean upon arrival, windows were open, the room felt damp and humid, and the air conditioning barely functioned. Breakfast was also unsatisfactory—only one item and one piece per guest, with no options. The hotel lacks basic cleanliness, upkeep, and guest care. It is not worth the cost, and I would advise against staying here.

This was among the worst hotel stays I've encountered. I reserved a room for 3 nights via Agoda for about ₹8,300, but upon arrival, the room was dirty. The windows were open, making the room damp, and the air conditioning was hardly functional. I wouldn't suggest Treebo Akshay Bull Temple Hotel to anyone.
