I want to highlight the positives about the hotel room: 1. Hot water was available, 2. Staff responded well, 3. Complimentary breakfast was acceptable, 4. Manager was responsive, 5. Food could be ordered online. On the negative side: 1. Bathroom was not clean, toilet was very bad, 2. Room ambiance was poor, 3. No fan in the room, 4. Room atmosphere was not pleasant, 5. Cups and water glasses were not clean, 6. Cockroaches were present in the room, 7. Bed sheets were of poor quality.

The upkeep of the room is very bad. Cockroaches and bed bugs are present, and the bed sheets are stained and unclean.

Extremely disappointing stay. We paid around ’8,300 for 3 nights through Agoda, but the room was dirty when we checked in, the windows were left open, the room was damp and humid, and the AC hardly worked.Breakfast was equally disappointing’just one item and one piece per person, with no variety at all.The hotel fails on basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here.
