The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Kanyakumari, who welcomed us with a warm smile and clearly explained every part of the billing process. She is a diligent and committed individual who made our stay very enjoyable. The hospitality and service were excellent.

This resort is quite nice. Our family of four stayed for two nights. The room was roomy and clean. There were minor issues like a shower tap not working and a loose clothes hanger. We reported these and received a prompt response. The staff were all courteous. The food was great, served hot and fresh. We mostly ordered vegetarian dishes. There was a game room with various indoor games, which we enjoyed. The swimming pool was also clean and usable. The only downside was the location. Although near the airport, it is in a remote area. Also, getting a cab, especially to the airport, was very difficult.

They have good location, better price etc. However, their staff need better training. We called for a house keeping to switch off a light which kept on because of some fault, they could not rectify and made us to sleep in light. Secondly, when asked to move luggage, they took luggage upto reception and left it on us from there. Food is not so good and their attendees at Dining hall are unresponsive and dont offer fresh counter items
