I didn’t expect this hotel quality. This is a very good hotel and new building and supportive staff. Near to airport. Everything is good.
We had an early morning flight so we had booked our taxi through them. The taxi came an hour late. Almost missed our flight. And the staff didn't care or do anything about it. If the taxi didn't come, they didnt have another car to get us to the airport. It being out of the city area, it was difficult to get Ubers. We have never experienced unprofessionalism of this level. Unbelievable stress they caused us. Do not book this place.
Stayed over for two nights. In two minds if I would stay there again. Hotel looks like newly built but there is a language barrier - most staff don’t speak good English. They are nice and say yes to everything but they don’t understand basic English. Went for a meal twice and second night had to send food back to the kitchen as they were getting order wrong. Asked for simple pasta with broccoli, mushrooms and white cheese sause but it came out with all vegetables that I don’t eat with tomato sause. Sent it back and it came with white sause and all other vegetables that I don’t eat. Had to send it back again. Pool looks nice in the photos but water is already cloudy. Spent nearly two days and I have not seen once filters being on. That water is stagnant and it will be green soon if no filters used. Also no pool rules, all Indian guests in the evening came out and started swimming with their dirty clothes. It should be strict rules to use swimwear only and have a shower before using the pool. It is beautiful hotel and it has a lot of potential but if not careful it will be ruined soon.
