Government regulations require all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity card e.g. driving license, passport, or voter’s ID card. PAN card is not accepted at the hotel as a Photo Id proof
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.

The property's processes and house rules have been re-defined to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the guests as below:
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and to sanitize or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase at the front desk.
• Visitors will not be allowed on guest floors in order to maximize safety.
• Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility.
• Guests are requested to download the Aarogya Setu mobile application for their and other's safety. Guests are advised not to visit containment zones.
