Honestly, this stay was quite disappointing from start to finish.The night front desk receptionist was rude and uninterested in helping. Reaching the property itself was frustrating because the road leading to the hotel is rocky, uneven, and in very poor condition. Even after struggling to reach the place, there was no proper guidance or basic courtesy during check-in.The room was much smaller than expected, poorly maintained, and we even noticed bed bugs and insects. The online photos look far better than the actual property and feel misleading.Food arrangements were inconvenient as breakfast was simply sent to the room with no proper restaurant access. The food also left us with bloating and severe acidity/GERD symptoms. The coffee, however, was genuinely good.What made things worse was the response from MakeMyTrip customer support. Despite booking as an MMT Gold member with guaranteed late checkout clearly mentioned, the concern was handled very poorly. The executive I spoke to was rude, spoke harshly, and even disconnected the call abruptly while I was explaining the issue. I’ve attached the assurance shown during booking for reference.The only positive part of the stay was one helper staff member who was polite and genuinely helpful throughout. One star is for him and another for the coffee.Overall, definitely not worth the price charged online. The experience and condition of the property felt nowhere close to the amount being asked.
