There were no towels n other toiletries when we were moved to the room, had to make multiple calls to get one.AC was not working. Dirt under the bed was accumulated form many months was not cleaned properly. They say buffet bf in the morning ens at 10 30 but form 10 amThere won’t be refills if any dish is emptied. This is our third visit was not a very good experience n won’t be going back.

We were asked to have lunch in our room, which is not acceptable. We have children, and this makes it very difficult for us to manage our lunchtime. This situation has arisen simply because we chose to order à la carte, which shouldn’t lead to such inconvenience.

Pro's1. Amazing food by the main chef and even their buffet is great.2. lots of acitivities available and pool is well maintained. 3. location and ambience is great. Con's1. waiters and staff a bit arrogant they dont event listen and they say no or not available which when pressed is then available. 2. cleaning staff coming at evening 7pm saying we weren't in the room which is not true. 3. we had a 3 month old baby and we had booked studio and we dint know it was on the first floor and we asked them to give us a room on the ground floor as we need to carry pram and baby stuff along with us every time and they said all studio rooms are on the first floor and we cannot give you on the ground floor as they are suite or villas and fully occupied which they werent . 4. needs to revamp a few things.

I love this place which is soaked in nature. Unlike other resorts where there is more concrete than trees, this one is rich in flora and fona. They have a small animal farm with rabbits turkey roasters and ducks. There is a rough ride bike track which is quite good.The staff is very friendly. The studio rooms are quite spacious neat and clean. The bathrooms have a glass roof and hence lot of light. The cottages are the best. I have stayed there too before and its a must try. The food spread is reasonable. BUt I think I will forget that because of the rooms. Overall loved it. I will go again for sure.
