Disappointing Stay Experience

The food was quite bad since I experienced cramps after lunch, and the breakfast choices were very limited. The location is somewhat on Hal road, but the surrounding area is residential with two quick commerce warehouses right across, causing a lot of noise and disturbance. Be careful with the watch as they begin to call you about extra charges if you stay over by just half an hour. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place at this price.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The service did not meet my expectations and overall, the experience was quite bad. The staff's behavior was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially the manager Mr. Arjun and the receptionist Ms. Jilly (I am not sure if that is her real name since she refused to tell it when asked). Instead of being polite and helpful, the staff were rude and uncooperative. I expected basic courtesy and respectful communication from the hotel, but that was missing during my stay. The way the situation was handled left me very unhappy. The staff, particularly Mr. Arjun and Ms. Jilly, were completely unprofessional. Their attitude towards guests was unacceptable, showing no proper courtesy or willingness to assist. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The management seriously needs to address the staff's behavior and improve guest service. During check-in, staff should introduce themselves, which is basic, but they refused to share their names even when asked. They spoke disrespectfully, with poor communication and information. The AC was not working properly. When we asked for help, they said we could call "mam" and they would provide assistance, which made no sense given their argumentative attitude. They said what we asked was basic, but we cannot assume everyone has that knowledge. Additionally, they charged an extra 2000 rupees for a small towel stained with coffee, which shocked me. That towel is not worth that amount. I would have given zero stars if possible, but since I couldn't, I gave one star.
