Lazdana Hotel Bangalore

I had a long stay at Lazdana, and overall the experience was very positive. From the beginning, the reception team showed a helpful and welcoming attitude. I especially want to highlight Arjun, who consistently went out of his way to support me. Whether it was keeping my courier safe, arranging homely food, or sorting out day-to-day issues, he always found a solution. During the days when I was unwell, he even helped me late at night to get the medicine I needed.Both Arjun and Honey are genuinely responsible, calm, and committed to their work. They made my stay comfortable, and I really appreciate their professionalism. The security staff also deserves recognition for always being attentive and ensuring the safety of everyone inside the premises.Where I felt improvement is needed is the complimentary breakfast. The options and overall quality didn’t meet expectations for a hotel of this level, especially for guests who stay for a longer period.Location wise, it is bit crowded .Apart from that, I truly felt at home here, thanks to the staff’s dedication and support.

Loved it. This hotel is well maintained and clean. Provide tasty food at reasonable rates. Only drawback is it has no views and connecting street is not very wide. But it is 50-100m from main road.

My experience with this particular hotel was pathetic, they consider it as 4 star hotel but it's nothing less a country side hotel, staffs are not trained professionally especially the front reception Mustafa and the Manager Abdullah, at first when I was checking in Mustafa comments telling i have got it for a less price and am very lucky to get the hotel for so less price for which he should be reprimanded for speaking to customer and when asked him to upgrade twin bed to single bed he says sir u have opt for so less price room which is kind of economy room and upgrade is impossible or need to pay extra just for single bed, after which Abdulla comes in for the fake food bill and ask me to pay when I asked him the proper bill he abruptly says BLOCK THIS CUSTOMER for further booking and in a rude way asks me to pay and leave, I see staff unethical and hardly know how to speak to any person professionally. AND we found bed bugs ’’’’..It was really unfortunate to stay in this hotel very unprofessional staffs they just don't care about customers

We stayed at the hotel for around five months, and it was a wonderful experience. The reception, food, service and housekeeping were all excellent. A special thanks to Arjun JP for his great support throughout our stay. Thanks to all the hotel staff not even for a single day did we have a bad experience. We truly miss the time we spent there and are very grateful for making our stay so memorable.
