The one star is primarily for the sale POC, even with concerns in the hotel, I would have not had a bad experience otherwise(the staff is polite and helpful)The sales POC doesn’t seem like he has any concern around room sales and is always busy. Extremely rude, and doesn’t want to reply. I wanted to stay here for 1-2 months, but the sales POC was extremely rude and had no intent of having a meaningful conversation. This is not the experience with any other Olive: the staff was pleasant, but the sales POC should probably understand more about his role as a person in hospitality. The room has some issues too:1. The TVs in no rooms work. No cable, no Netflix. They have added settings to the TV to enable YouTube to work on low quality only and no other app like Netflix(even with your own login) works.2. I stayed here for 8 nights, and requested for a bath mat all of the 8 nights. The staff is polite, but somehow the place doesn’t look like it’s run effectively by the management(the cleaning staff is not to be blamed).3. The worst part is their sales POC. I had chased him throughout my stay to get some kind of rates from him, to no real avail. He has no interest in selling, is extremely rude; has no respect for a guest who is looking to stay longer at his property, and is really one of the most rude people I would have interacted with across olive.
