I am very disappointed with the security at the front of your hotel; it's the worst. They don't know how to communicate with people and are very rude. Their names are TAJ and SHILPA, and these two even tried to start a fight on Saturday, 12th September. Please instruct them to speak respectfully. THIS IS SERIOUS.

Our lunch visit to JW Marriott was very disappointing, as we expected the usual high standards of hospitality and attention to detail associated with the brand but did not receive them. After a senior staff member initially served us water, he left and no one came back to take our order for several minutes, forcing us to ask for assistance ourselves. A junior staff member then took our order and served the food; she was clearly inexperienced but made a genuine effort, which we appreciated. However, the senior staff member showed a lack of responsibility when he returned with the bill and dismissed the delay by saying he had been occupied with important work. While we understand staff have other duties, guest experience should not be neglected, especially at a hotel of this caliber. We also asked the manager about a potential staycation and requested a room tour. We were kept waiting and then told only a standard room was available to show. The room tour was poorly organized, with confusion over who would assist us and keys being passed around. Eventually, a junior staff member guided us, but she had limited knowledge about room types, prices, and even the elevator location, making the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. For a luxury hotel, hospitality involves attentiveness, coordination, and making guests feel appreciated, none of which we experienced. We are very disappointed with JW Marriott and, looking back, are relieved we did not book a staycation. If a simple lunch and room inquiry were handled this way, it raises serious concerns about what a full stay would be like. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff coordination and guest service.

The place is large and stunning. The rooms offer plenty of space, and the outdoor areas are truly lovely.

Four of us friends stayed in a family room on July 28 and 29. Our experience was unforgettable. The comfort exceeded our expectations. From check-in, the staff were very friendly and efficient. Everyone, including the buggy drivers, worked with a smile. At the restaurant, Manish, Ashique, and Dauis Mathew attentively served us throughout. The food was outstanding. Their service truly made our gathering special.
