They allocated different smaller room without my consent than I booked .when I questioned they justified saying they upgraded, later they said it was miscommunication. Their breakfast experience was horrible.They call to the room phone ,bother you during stay to check about next day check out multiple times.

The pictures of this property doesn’t do it justice. To be here and immersed in this experience is one of a kind. I’ve been having the time of my life here. Be careful not to cloister yourself in the resort because it can be very easy to do. The resort is literally that stunning. I’m so happy that I chose this property. I had other options but so glad I chose this one. I highly recommend booking at Taj West End. Staff is remarkably hospitable and so friendly.

Taj West End more than lived up to my expectations. As a Bangalorean who has now relocated, it was wonderful to return and stay somewhere that still feels so welcoming and familiar.Mohammed at the concierge was exceptionally warm and helpful. He arranged a car for me within just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The restaurant team were equally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Suraj and Sachin looked after us during our entire stay and were consistently friendly and attentive. Even the trainee was extremely hospitable and made us feel very well looked after.The combination of the beautiful setting, warm hospitality and genuinely attentive staff made our stay particularly special. I would highly recommend Taj West End to anyone visiting Bengaluru, and I would certainly stay here again.
