Everything was at great speed for breakfast buffet in the stuffy restaurant.I had to go outside for fresh air. Really not the Taj feeling.Breads of all varieties are not flavourful enough. Cheese platter not fresh.Fruits most of them not tasty and has not been tested for sweetness levels.Coffee machine is outdated.Coffee was not hot enough.South Indian food excellent.Salt, pepper, tomato sauce, butter, spoons and knives were all missing on the table.Repeatedly I have to call the waiters for many table related items.I also saw the waiters pickup spoons,knives,salt and pepper from nearby tables to give it to diners. Why can't they get it from the storage area ?Most of the waiters are working under high stress and smile when you call them up. Maybe some stress relief classes can be given to them frequently.Potato crisp accompanying the omlette is forgettable. Too much oil and badly deep fried. It doesn't work for me.I wish the staff don't keep looking at their phones frequently. It's a nuisance.Many things to ponder for TAJ the brand.

Visited Taj West End, Bengaluru with my team for an offsite meet and had a truly pleasant experience. The property is beautiful, calm, and surrounded by lush greenery, which makes it perfect for work and relaxation. The food was delicious with a great variety, and overall hospitality was top-notch. We had a lot of fun and came back with some great memories. Highly recommended for team outings and corporate offsites.

The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety of delicious food, special mention for the delicious Danish apple pastries. Saravanan was a very attentive waiter making sure we had a good experience at the breakfast.The high tea and cocktail sessions had a good variety of hot and cold snacks and drinks.The extensive well maintained grounds are a green haven of ancient trees, birds and very polite and helpful hard working staff. It was amazing to find this in the middle of the city!The rooms were very luxurious, clean and comfortable, but if you have a room with a connecting door, you may be in for a sleepless night as it is not at all sound proof, conversation from the next room was very clearly audible. Credit to the hotel team for a room upgrade to set it right for the second night, but the sound proofing needs rectification.

The food was absolutely delicious and the facilities are all perfectly maintained. What stood out most was the entire team; every staff member was good-natured, cooperative, and helpful. The place was outstanding We travelled with a baby.They gave us a good discount and early check in.They helped us with neat and clean baby foodsThey were so sweet and hospitableThe training given to all the staff including security, room service, cleaning staff and restaurant staff was top notch.Special mention to Kaycie and Sanjay/ Santhosh who got our rooms decorated with flowers and cake.Our stay was filled with positivity.Highly recommend the place.
