The AIRA provided excellent care for my Australian friend during her trip. Especially, your staff member Drake showed exceptional kindness to her when she faced some challenges. Thank you, Drake and AIRA, for looking after my friend.

Hôtel de qualité bien situé. Notre chambre était calme. La piscine est petite mais propre. Le personnel est très aimable et le petit déjeuner est abondant, offrant un bon équilibre entre sucré et salé avec assez de variété.

There should be a 1000-star option for service ratings. Every staff member was amazing, going above and beyond to assist. But the highest praise goes to Drake. His customer service is flawless (I’m a hospitality manager in Australia, so I recognize an outstanding employee when I see one. I wish I could bring him to Australia). I didn’t meet a single staff member who didn’t go out of their way to help. They were all professional but also warm, sharing lighthearted moments and laughs. Drake, especially as it was my first visit to Hanoi, gave me fantastic recommendations on Google Maps for places to visit, museums, prison relics, and lots of cool historical sites. He really knows the city and introduced me to many hidden spots off the main paths. He also suggested excellent local food and some great late-night bars open after the skybar closes at 11, which is the best skybar in Hanoi for sure. Please pass on my positive feedback to Drake. I watched him serve and clear tables with a natural charm that draws people to talk to him, and he enjoys chatting while efficiently completing his tasks. He’s a natural in hospitality and a real asset to this wonderful hotel. What he has is a natural gift, a true shining light. I’ve returned three times to stay here because of the fantastic staff, with Drake being the biggest highlight. I’m already planning my next trip to Hanoi to stay at this incredible hotel. Every tip and suggestion Drake added to my Google Maps (I’m 44, so tech isn’t easy for me) included safer routes back to the hotel. He always ensured I was safe at bars, choosing places with plenty of lock-up points. As a solo traveler, it can be scary at night, but I felt very safe thanks to Drake’s care in mapping safe routes. He’s a true gentleman who takes safety seriously. I wish Drake all the best; he’s a huge asset to your amazing hotel. I hope he receives all the support needed to keep shining and advance his career. He has exceptional talent and a natural gift for connecting with people. His work behind the skybar was top-notch. That man is destined for great things! I truly hope you help him get there. Thank you for letting me stay for three weeks. I can’t wait to return. Big thanks to every staff member—they work hard but remain happy, smile, and stop for little chats, and those small touches really enhance the travel experience because they enjoy making others smile.
