Solo Traveller • India • Oct 2026The Park Avenue Hotel is centrally located and is close to several go-to places. They have limited parking in the basement. The ramp is a little steep and may not be comfortable for some drivers. The hotel staff who currently manages the parking seems to have never smiled in a long time, unfortunately! That is a bit of bummer as you arrive. There are a couple of lifts that you could use, depending on which floors you need to access. One lift has a password that can be a little difficult for a few people to use. The outside of the hotel isn't so great...its dirty and has a lot of traffic and pollution. But, it gets better as you go inside. First, you are taken to the 3rd floor. That's where the reception is. Boys will assist you with your luggage. Rooms are on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Rooms are clean but have very basic amenities. No refrigerator. Unfortunately, you may find mosquitoes in your room. Real bad thing is they give you only 1 key card to access your room. So, if you are multiple people, that could be a hassle. The shower is probably the best thing in the room, especially the rain shower. On the 1st floor, they have a Keralam-style restaurant. You will literally enter Keralam. From the posters to the music to the food, everything is Keralam. The breakfast spread is just okay. Cleanliness could be a lot better. Unfortunately, almost all the staff members are north Indian boys who may not be well-aware of the Keralam dishes. So, though you are having that food, the people around you cause an incompleteness in your culinary experience. The food that you order separately...like for lunch or dinner is authentic Keralam and is very tasty. Aappam, stew, Puttu, kadala are a must-try. Overall, it is a good place to stay. But, it could have been certainly much better. Prices when booked directly are around Rs.4700 a night. Agoda offers great prices...closer to 3K a night. Hope this is helpful.

Just stayed in this place for a night. And had an amazing stay in the hotel. The hotel is very nice. Good location and accessibility. And what stands out is the service. Almost all team members are providing amazing service and very professional.Will go there and stay, whenever going to Bangalore. Highly recommended.
