The room was a little small, and I did notice a few tiny cockroaches, so it would be good to see some attention given to pest control. The small work table was convenient, although the area could use better lighting in the evening. There was a table lamp, but having only one power outlet made it a little inconvenient.On the positive side, the lady at reception was exceptionally warm and helpful, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only minor concern was with one of the restaurant staff members, whose manner sometimes came across as a little unfriendly. (A senior member)I also think having a few larger room options would be a great addition, especially since the hotel seems to be in high demand and is frequently sold out. Overall, with a little attention to these areas, the stay could be even more comfortable.
Hotel is located at a very good location with easy access to transport but very small rooms kinda gets stuffy,so not recommended for long stays
The staff was courteous, skilled, understood how to manage guests well, and was very helpful.
