Couple • India • May 2026I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, having checked in on 22nd April 2026 at approximately 9:00 p.m. As a reputable brand under the Ginger/IHCL umbrella, I had certain expectations of quality and hygiene, which were unfortunately not met during this visit. I would like to bring the following serious lapses to your attention: • Hygiene Issues: Upon checking into my room, I found the toilet to be unhygienic and poorly cleaned. I personally informed your staff of this on my way to the Qmin restaurant for dinner. Despite this verbal complaint, no action was taken, and the bathroom remained in a poor state. • Plumbing & Water Quality: On 23rd April, the water supply in the washroom was of very poor quality. Furthermore, on the morning of 24th April, the water supply was inconsistent, frequently cutting out. • Room Maintenance: The ceiling fan in the room was excessively noisy, making it impossible to get a proper night’s rest. Additionally, there were frequent electricity fluctuations on the morning of the 24th. When I reported this to the reception, I was told it was being "looked into," yet the issues persisted. The only positive aspect of my stay was the food quality and taste at the restaurant. However, a good meal does not compensate for the lack of basic room hygiene and functional amenities. When a guest pays a premium for a reputable hotel chain, they expect a seamless and professional experience. This stay was deeply disappointing and, based on this experience, I will not be choosing Ginger Bangalore IRR for my future travels. I trust you will take this feedback seriously to improve your service standards for future guests.
