Room 101 was not properly cleaned. When I entered the room, I immediately noticed a foul smell and found what appeared to be human waste beside the bed. The toilet was also not properly cleaned and had not been flushed.I was then moved to Room 201, where I noticed what appeared to be gutkha stains/spit on the wall near the dustbin. I was later informed that it was paint, so I have no further comments on that particular observation.I was subsequently moved again to Room 204. All of this happened at around 9 PM, after I had already had a long and tiring day at work. Having to inspect multiple rooms and repeatedly relocate was extremely frustrating and disappointing.In one sentence: Olive Domlur is no longer the way it used to be. The standard of service, cleanliness, and overall quality appears to have noticeably declined.I sincerely urge the staff and management to take this feedback seriously and address the underlying issues rather than treating it as an isolated incident. Proper room inspection and housekeeping checks should be carried out before assigning rooms to guests.I hope the management will take genuine corrective action and work towards restoring the standards that Olive Domlur was previously known for.
