Couple • India • Jul 2026Staff knocks on door at checkout time . I informed i have late checkout enabled and i am in a hurry to pack. I asked them to check in hotel records of the booking. They come back in 10 minutes and ask me to show booking id. They can easily check this in their system but they knock and disturb and ask to show on your mobile. That too two times. I had a VIP late checkout enabled and this is definitely not the expected treatment. I would request the hotel not to provide such offers if your staff has to disturb guests when they are hurriedly packing. It is very unpleasant behaviour. I just wanted to submit as a review i specifically looked for this as i take time to pack and do not want to be disturbed and the feature and expectation is absolute mis-match.
