Solo Traveller • Sep 2026This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in Bangalore. I booked this place through OYO with a friend, and right from the start, the experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional. They took cash from us and then insisted we cancel the OYO booking, which felt suspicious and like they wanted to avoid the booking being on OYO. The room was in awful, unhygienic condition. The bedsheet was dirty and stained, there was a bad smell, and the room was poorly kept. The bathroom was also very dirty and unhygienic. The worst part was the cockroach infestation, with cockroaches crawling on the floor and even near the bed, which is unacceptable for any paid hotel room. I took photos of the room's condition and will share them with this review. I strongly advise inspecting the room carefully before paying or accepting it. The condition we faced was far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. Overall, very poor hygiene, terrible maintenance, unprofessional staff, and a dreadful experience. Not worth the money at all.
