2 years ago when I visited this hotel it was super clean and well maintained. Yesterday when I stayed here, the lift, the room, the toilet everything has lost cleanliness. I felt like I was staying in a PG room. Bedsheet was very thin and had lots of stain marks. Didn't feel like using the towels. Location is really good. There's ample parking space in adjacent road. But cleanliness needs to improve.
This hotel is super dirty. The floor in the rooms are not cleaned properly. The hallways are always filled with trash. The parking area is infested with rats due garbage and trash. The rats bit my car wiring and punctured the fuel pipe and the petrol started leaking all over.TV in my room was not working. When i asked the person in the reception he did not care about. He was rude and didn’t even offer to change my room. The experience was horrible!
All good, specially reception staffs are very helpful and supportive.Need some improvement on the blanket and towels when it got old.
