I had a very poor experience at olive embassy The room was far from clean—there were stained sheets, dirty surfaces, and a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the space. To make matters worse, the bathroom fixtures were leaking and basic amenities were missing. For the price paid, the hygiene and maintenance standards are unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until management takes cleanliness seriously.

The hotel’s online check-in process seems pointless. They require you to upload all your documents, email addresses, phone numbers, and other details in advance, yet during check-in they spend another 20–30 minutes asking for the exact same information. To make matters worse, they insist on collecting the email address of every guest, which feels like unnecessary data collection and more like ad farming than a genuine requirement.The rooms are spacious, but the bedding is extremely poor from an ergonomic standpoint. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the floor to avoid worsening our back pain. The work chair provided in the room was equally uncomfortable. We even requested that it be replaced with the chair from an unoccupied room, but the staff refused despite the reasonable request.Overall, while the room size was a positive, the inefficient check-in process, excessive collection of personal information, and uncomfortable furniture made for a disappointing stay.
