Great hotel with an ideal location

We recently held a conference for a group of doctors at Olive Hotel, Indiranagar, which included a presentation and dinner. Sadly, the whole event was very disappointing and did not meet the standards expected for a professional medical conference. The conference room was not well kept, and the basic presentation equipment did not work properly. The display couldn't connect to the TV, causing interruptions and embarrassment during the event. The food arrangements were also unsatisfactory. Although we were told the hotel would provide starters and dinner, the food was not ready at the scheduled time. After asking multiple times, we learned the food was being sourced from outside, which was different from what we were initially told. Additionally, the food quantity was insufficient and the quality was very poor. For a conference attended by doctors and professionals, this level of planning and service was unacceptable. Overall, the hotel showed poor coordination, lack of preparation, unreliable communication, and very poor service. The experience was frustrating and embarrassing for us as organizers. We would not recommend Olive Hotel, Indiranagar for conferences, corporate events, or professional meetings. We give it zero stars.

I had a very poor experience at olive embassy The room was far from clean—there were stained sheets, dirty surfaces, and a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the space. To make matters worse, the bathroom fixtures were leaking and basic amenities were missing. For the price paid, the hygiene and maintenance standards are unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until management takes cleanliness seriously.
