My stay at Sarovar Hotel was comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality shown by Suchitra from the dining team. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm approach made every meal experience memorable. She ensured every need was handled with genuine care, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of service. Her dedication left a lasting impression and deserves recognition.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever ’ Absolutely AvoidOne of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff is extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. We repeatedly asked for an invoice, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response at all even after such a long time. Completely unacceptable.The rooms are pathetic. Even after booking a suite, the condition was shocking. Zero cleanliness, poorly maintained interiors, and no basic standards of hygiene were followed.Service is non-existent. The staff shows zero willingness to help, no courtesy, and no sense of responsibility toward guests. Every request feels like a favor instead of a basic service you are paying for.To summarize:’Zero service’Zero cleanliness’Zero cooperation from staff’Zero professionalismThis place is a complete waste of money and time. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. There are far better options available that actually value their guests.

value for money. If you come out of the hotel, you will be happy to see a lengthy park with a lot if huge and tall trees to complete your morning / evening walk. Rooms are big. But looks very old. Housekeeping was efficient. But intercom was not. Very near to megacity mall. Direct bys available from kempegowda international airport to megacity mall

The most pathetic hotel you will ever encounter under a brand name like Sarovar Portico. So don't let the brand name confuse you.The rooms are ancient and have smell of dampness. The sheets were stained with bleach. The staff is unsupportive. Breakfast is equivalent to a cheap hotel. The hotel leaves no stone unturned to save money.1. The rooms have a moldy smell. It's overall damped and horrible.2. Breakfast was so disappointing that I had to settle with bread and butter.3. Due to rainfall the entrance of the hotel had a big pool of water. My leather shoes were damaged because of it. And interestingly nobody even cared about it.4. On complaining about this to the front desk (Which had just one person), the guy shrugged off that it's not a big deal.5. The bathroom shower is from 19th century and to add to the wound, there's no partition in the bathroom, so if you take a shower, the entire washroom is sprayed with water. Photo attached. Even the bathroom lights were working at 50% capacity (2/4 were fused)So, tl;dr version: Most of the reviews feel like paid ones, so be careful. The staff is unsupportive and doesn't give damn about your experience. Book any other hotel, even cheap hotels like Bloom are a decent option. Atleast they're clean. Get Oyo if you are keen on saving money ’’

I stayed here for a night on a business trip very unhappy with the stay because1.there was not a single person in front of the hotel who can assist you with parking or any other thing, you will have to go and ask yourself if there is any confusion.2.once you enter the reception carrying your luggage’s by yourself because there in no one to assist you for that as well, you have to wait a long time for the keys to be handed.3.it was mentioned that there is a welcome drink provided followed by the check in, at least they can provide it and ask us to be seated for a while, but no one is bothered about those amenity, the staffs are very very untrained their gesture is not welcome in at all, please have a look on that.4.once they handed the key telling the room no, he suggested us to go to the 5th floor, we asked at least now will anyone assist us with the luggage or to show us the room, he was like nope you have to go on your own, then we went to the 5th floor but the room no was not seen at all, we had to assume ourselves may be this is in 4th floor and came down then we found our room, we checked in and called the reception and asked about this he was like telling some nonsense story.5.then we ordered our food through Swiggy and had it in the restaurant but then the receptionist was like we charge 100 per person it’s our cutlery charges, but what we had used was the wooden spoons and the container boxes given along with the Swiggy parcel we had not even used a spoon as well.Over all a very bad experience, never expected such service from the Sarovar brand even the rooms are overly priced for the kind of maintenance they are doing.I would like to give a 5 star for the passion of the construction made but I would definitely give a 0 star for the maintenance, service and the attitude of the receptionist.Thank you
