I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with our stay at TGI Felicity. I rarely give out negative reviews on stays but this place deserves zero stars for how rude Mr.Kailas Kumar from the operations team was.We checked in on the 24th of Feb around 11pm into the rooms that were pre-booked by our clients (We are wedding photographers) The person handed over 2 keys.The confusion began when we got a call in the morning to checkout while we were to stay there for 2 nights. We did not want to further argue and decided to speak to them again at 2pm post our shoot.That is when Mr.Kailas, perhaps the most rudest person to work in the hotel service sector calls us and starts blaming us for checking into a wrong room (whose keys were handed over by the front desk person itself) and mentions all rooms are sold out and cannot entertain our request to stay for another night. This is after knowing that our client had already booked 30 rooms at the property for 2 full days.He goes on mentioning to us to pay for the 2 rooms. A situation where the front desk and operations are at complete fault here for their mismanagement, the blame was put on us. And we were not the only people, there was another 2 rooms met with the same misfortune in our wedding circle.I request the management to kindly take this issue seriously and teach a bit of manners to your front desk team when speaking to customers.

The location is amazing. The rooms are neat and tastefully done. Ultimately the most important thing in any Serivice organisation are the people. TGI has good people in Akash and Saro working for them. Quiet people but very customer focused. . Mr Kailash - Manager is also very friendly. All in all a great stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for short business trips or family stays.The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water, and room service were available and working properly. The housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were tidy and responded quickly to requests.The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The front desk team was always available to assist with queries and local information.Overall, it is a good that provides comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. While it may not offer luxury services, it delivers a pleasant and reliable stay.

The rooms are clean and well maintained with useful facilities like air conditioning free WiFi and daily housekeeping. Guests often comment on the hotel’s great location close to Bannerghatta Road and key landmarks making it convenient for both business and leisure travellers. The staff are courteous helpful and attentive which makes the check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Many visitors enjoy the breakfast and find the food quality good though a few have mentioned that breakfast could be improved in flavour. Parking is limited but overall this hotel provides good value for money comfortable rooms decent food and reliable service for short to medium stays in the city.

I stayed at the hotel for two days with a group of 13 people, and overall, the experience was mostly positive with one major inconvenience.The rooms were super clean, and the entire property had a very neat and tidy atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was very good, offering many dishes that the kids really enjoyed. These aspects made our stay comfortable and pleasant.However, the biggest issue we faced was the lack of hot water, which became a serious concern, especially for the elderly in our group, given the cold weather in Bangalore. Despite repeated requests, hot water was not made available through the regular supply. Instead, we were provided with buckets of only lukewarm water, which was insufficient for our entire group and not suitable for elderly use.We were told multiple times that the issue would be solved ’in 1 or 2 hours,’ but it never got resolved. This led to unnecessary frustration and even heated discussions with the staff. For such situations, the hotel could have arranged alternative solutions like a portable geyser or other backup options so guests wouldn’t be affected.Apart from the hot water issue, everything else was good, but this one problem significantly impacted the comfort of our stay.
