We had booked this hotel for a 3-day stay after seeing the positive reviews and attractive pictures across multiple booking websites. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because they explicitly advertised parking availability, which was an important requirement for us.However, when we arrived, we were shocked to find that there was just ONE parking spot in front of the entire building, and even that was already occupied, possibly by an employee or the owner. When we asked the receptionist where we were supposed to park our car, he was extremely rude and dismissively told us to "park anywhere on the side of the road." What kind of response is that from a hotel that claims to provide parking facilities?To make matters worse, the entire lane and the parallel lane were already packed with parked cars. There was also ongoing road construction directly opposite the hotel, making it impossible to park there either. We drove around the hotel and the surrounding streets multiple times for nearly an HOUR, desperately trying to find a parking spot, but there was absolutely no parking available anywhere near the property. It was incredibly frustrating to waste so much time looking for parking at a hotel that explicitly claims to provide it!We specifically booked this property because parking was advertised as an available facility. If the hotel cannot actually accommodate guests' vehicles, they should clearly mention that instead of misleading customers into making reservations.We were ultimately left with no choice but to book another hotel immediately, as there was simply nowhere to park our car. This caused us a great deal of unnecessary inconvenience, frustration, wasted time, and last-minute stress.This was a very disappointing experience, made even worse by the rude and unhelpful attitude of the receptionist. Advertising parking as a facility when there is effectively no usable parking for guests is completely unacceptable. This is false advertising, and customers deserve to know the reality before booking this property.

Excellent location, staff is very helpful as well. They provide breakfast but not lunch and dinner. The proximity to 100 feet road at Indiragar makes this one an ideal for shopping, food etc.

It was great stay. Breakfast was amazing. Friendly Staff. Enjoyed my stay would recommend others

Stayed here for around four weeks during a business trip and had a comfortable overall experience.Highlights:- Metro station is within walking distance (around 500’700 meters), which made commuting very convenient.- Easy-to-use web app for room requests, and the staff responded quickly.- Food was decent (4/5).- Special thanks to Mr. Shubodas and Mr. Arjun for their excellent hospitality. Both were professional, humble, and always helpful.Areas for Improvement:- I stayed in Room 404. The room was fine, but the window faced a neighboring building, so there wasn't much of a view.- Replacing the hotel banner with artwork or paintings could make the rooms feel more welcoming.- The shower could be maintained better, as it wasn't working as smoothly as expected.- The hotel has a strict no-visitor policy. Visitors can be met in common areas like the rooftop, but they are not allowed inside guest rooms.
