Had an excellent experience and really enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly and supportive. The food was delicious with a good selection of North Indian and South Indian dishes. Enjoyed the breakfast and the warm hospitality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I suggest everyone consider staying here.

The hotel offers a good stay at an affordable price. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, with 24-hour hot water and complimentary wifi. The staff are courteous and accommodating. The TV has a limited number of channels, and the food options are somewhat restricted. The air conditioning does not work very well. There is no elevator. The hotel is located a bit far from the main city or Majestic area. It is suitable for those who need accommodation in this vicinity.

I stayed here with my family, and the service was very poor; the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. On top of that, there were constant noisy repairs happening.
