Broken AC, faulty bathroom fixtures and poor service

The AC was not working and they are not providing any bath Essentials, and they are showing that in your App there not available in anytime, if would like to book the hotel in the Midnight they are telling that we are not available today you can book for tomorrow but in their website there having the booking option at the midnight also lack of that i was book the hotel in midnight and check inn at next day.

Solo Traveller • India • Oct 2026I had to wait toll 12 pm to get into the room, i have requested for early check in which was also not considered, This is anything but an average hotel which does not give you anything more than just a room. For even additional bottle of water you need to pay which I have experience first in my whole life, Its very dusty outside since construction is going on in the near by building an no proper covering is done to protect people going in and out. You literally eat dust one way in and way out. Not recommended.

I visited bangaluru for a two day trip and I stayed with my family at Treebo Apple Villa. The location of hotel is very convenient for accessing all attractions of bangaluru. The room was clean, spacious and with all required amenities like TV, fridge, oven, water geyser. I recommend for this place for family stays.
