I want to ask for a full refund for my reservation. Sadly, this was one of the worst stays I've experienced. The room was very dirty, with filthy bed covers and blankets. There was no geyser, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, or steady electricity. The reception staff was not present when help was needed, and there was no proper parking available. Instead of a geyser for hot water, they provided a heater, which was inadequate. Water supply was cut off from midnight until 8:40 AM. The cleanliness and amenities were much worse than expected and what was promised when booking. I am requesting a full refund and ask that this matter be addressed promptly.
