The room was advertised to have a balcony, but it was just in name only. The balcony faced the wall of the adjacent building, offering no ventilation. The TV was not recharged.

I had an amazing experience at Daffodil Delight and can't praise the staff's kindness and service enough! After arriving at Bengaluru Airport late at night on September 1st, tired from a Malaysia trip, I needed a place to stay before my train the next afternoon. I mistakenly booked the room for September 2nd instead of the 1st due to the date change at midnight. When I got to the hotel around 2 AM, exhausted, I realized my error at check-in. Despite the late hour and my booking mistake, the night receptionist patiently resolved the issue and found me a room to rest. The next day, although my check-out was at 11 AM and my train was at 3 PM, the kind receptionist, already informed about my situation, offered to let me keep the room until my train without me even asking. Her genuine kindness made a big difference. The room was spacious and very clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. Such warm, thoughtful service is rare. Many thanks to the team for turning a booking error into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place!

Having a late check-in at 1 o'clock was permitted, and Mr. Rahul was very helpful and kind in arranging everything. He is a wonderful person.

I decided to stay at this hotel again due to the excellent service, politeness, and professionalism of the staff. Their friendly hospitality made my last visit memorable, and once more, they were courteous and supportive throughout my stay. The location is very convenient and near my office, which is a major plus. The only problem I faced during my first visit was the absence of dedicated parking, so I had to park on the street. This time, I was in Bangalore for my office management connect. While attending meetings during the day, I also had to work the US prime shift in the evenings. Sadly, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and the internet speed slow, making it hard to work from my room. On the third day, after extending my stay, I asked for a room change hoping for better Wi-Fi. The reception staff were very helpful and quickly arranged a different room, but the internet problem persisted. Overall, I had another enjoyable stay thanks to the excellent hospitality and convenient location. My only recommendation to management is to enhance the Wi-Fi coverage and internet speed, especially for business travelers who rely on a stable connection for remote work. Fixing this would improve the overall experience.
