Pleasant stay

The room was advertised as having a balcony, but it was just in name only. The balcony faced the wall of the adjacent building, offering no ventilation. The TV was not recharged.

My stay at Daffodil Delight was fantastic, and I truly appreciate the kindness and service of their staff! I arrived at Bengaluru Airport late at night on September 1st after a trip to Malaysia, needing a place to stay before my train from Banaswadi the next afternoon. I accidentally booked the room for September 2nd instead of the 1st because of the date change at midnight. When I got to the hotel around 2:00 AM, tired and realizing my error at check-in, the night receptionist patiently helped me sort it out and found me a room to rest. The next day, although my check-out was set for 11:00 AM and my train was at 3:00 PM, the kind receptionist, already aware of my situation, offered to let me stay in the room until it was time to leave without me even asking. Her genuine kindness really improved our trip. The room was spacious and very clean, with a well-kept bathroom. This warm, thoughtful service is hard to come by. Many thanks to the team for turning a simple booking mistake into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place!

Having a late check-in at 1 o'clock was permitted by Mr. Rahul, who was very helpful and kind. He is a wonderful person and made the experience great.

I chose to stay at this hotel for the second time because of the excellent service, courtesy, and professionalism of the staff. Their warm hospitality made my previous stay memorable, and once again, they were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also very convenient and close to my office, which is a big advantage.The only issue I experienced during my first stay was the lack of dedicated parking, so I had to park my car on the roadside.During this visit, I was in Bangalore for my office management connect. While I attended meetings during the day, I also had to work the US prime shift in the evenings. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and the internet speed was quite slow, making it difficult to work from my room.On the third day, when I extended my stay, I requested a room change, hoping to get a better Wi-Fi connection. The reception staff were very cooperative and promptly arranged another room, but unfortunately the internet issue remained the same.Overall, I had another pleasant stay because of the outstanding hospitality and convenient location. My only suggestion to the management is to improve the Wi-Fi coverage and internet speed, especially for business travellers who depend on a stable connection for remote work. Addressing this would make the overall experience even better.
