I want to ask for a full refund for my reservation. Sadly, this was one of the worst stays I've experienced. The room was very dirty, with the bed cover and blanket being filthy. There was no geyser, AC, Wi-Fi, or steady power. The reception staff was unavailable when help was needed, and there was no proper parking. Instead of a geyser, they provided a heater for hot water, which was not adequate. Water supply was cut off at 2am and only resumed at 8:40am. The cleanliness and facilities were much worse than expected and promised during booking. I am requesting a full refund and ask you to address this issue and process my refund promptly.
